The professor who will cycle around the world will also stop at a lecture in Ljubljana.

62-year-old professor Larry Lessard , from the mechanical engineering department at McGill University (Montreal, Canada), will cycle around the world for 400 days as part of his Bike62 tour.

His mission is to stop at several universities and colleges around the world to lecture on recycling and ways to reuse advanced materials.

As part of his 20,000-kilometer journey, he will also stop at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Ljubljana, where he will give a lecture entitled: Recycling and Sustainable Use of Advanced Materials on September 28, at 3 p.m. in lecture hall V/2.

The lecture will be held in English, followed by a short informal gathering with Professor Lessard.
